There Is No Healer
There is no healer.
Just as there is no meditator.
There is meditating.
There is breathing.
There is sitting.
Healing isn't something you do.
It happens.
Notice how your body feels reading this.
How much effort has been spent
trying to fix, manage, release, improve?
Identifying as someone who has to heal.
Some of the biggest shifts I've experienced
happened accidentally.
Listening to a podcast.
Walking.
Resting.
Not because I decided,
"I should heal this now."
It simply happened.
So what is my role?
I don't heal.
I hold a field where:
Staying is possible.
Noticing is possible.
Interference falls away.
And when nothing is being forced,
the body knows exactly what to do.
What no longer needs to stay tight
softens on its own.
